Diva Keyz LLC renovates multi-family homes and apartment complexes in underserved urban neighborhoods to help address the critical need for affordable and quality housing.

Here are some of our projects to date:
PROJECT # 1 - 10 UNITS
Welcome to our housing initiative, where we are transforming a recently purchased 10-unit building into a safe, supportive, and fully rehabilitated space for individuals in need of temporary housing. Our mission is to provide stability and dignity to vulnerable populations including veterans, survivors of domestic violence, and individuals re-entering society after incarceration. Through this project, we aim to offer more than just a place to stay we’re creating a pathway to healing, independence, and long-term success. PROJECT # 2 - 3 UNITS
This 3-family property was purchased, fully renovated, and thoughtfully revitalized to serve both immediate housing needs and long-term community goals. After completion, it was leased to Section 8 tenants, providing quality, affordable housing for local families. Ultimately, the property was sold to a first-time homebuyer using an FHA loan helping a new resident plant roots and invest in the future of the city. This project reflects our mission to restore properties and create pathways to homeownership for individuals committed to becoming part of the community.



PROJECT # 3 - 3 UNITS
This blighted 3-family property, severely damaged by fire, was purchased and taken down to the studs for a complete, six-figure renovation. Over the course of 10 months, it was transformed from an uninhabitable structure into a fully restored home. During the rehab process, the units were leased to individuals with short-term housing vouchers, with the city covering their rent for one year providing critical transitional housing. Upon completion, the property was sold to a first-time homebuyer and her family using an FHA loan. This investment not only gave them a beautiful new home but also the opportunity to house hack, generate rental income, and begin building long-term equity turning a once-abandoned property into a foundation for financial growth and community renewal.




PROJECT # 4 - 3 UNITS
This 4-unit building was acquired and thoughtfully upgraded after the previous tenants vacated, allowing for a full refresh of the property. Each spacious unit features 1,600 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom ideal for families seeking comfort and room to grow. With dedicated parking for each unit, including a total of 4 off-street spaces, the property offers convenience alongside modernized living. These improvements have enhanced the quality and appeal of the building, creating stable, family-friendly housing in the community.
PROJECT # 5 - SINGLE FAMILY
This renovated single-family home, located in a vibrant urban area, is currently active on the Multiple Listing Service and ready for a first-time homebuyer to move in with their family. The home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a private backyard perfect for enjoying city living with some outdoor space. Upgrades include a brand-new heating system and other modern improvements. The complete renovation took about five months, resulting in a stylish and move-in-ready home that combines urban convenience with comfort.
